Can I view my 3D tour on any browser?

Yes. There is no special software required to view your project. The most recent versions of Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox are all compatible with our program. You can even view your tours on your Android or Apple devices!

 

 

How should I prepare the property before the appointment?

Please ensure that the property is neat and ready prior for your appointment. Put away anything that you wouldn’t want to see in your virtual tour. We want your final project to be as presentable and professional as possible! Prepare your home as you would want your prospective buyer to see it.

 

 

Do I need to be there during the creation of the tour?

Once we are given access to the property, you are not required to be present during the scanning process. However, your presence is more then welcome. Leave us a key, and we’ll be on our way!

 

 

When do I pay you?

Residential: You don’t pay anything until Close of Escrow! When we send you your content, you will also receive an invoice for the services we conducted.
This invoice will be sent out to the Escrow Officer you choose upon opening of Escrow, and paid out once the listing closes. 

Commercial: Retail, Office, Industrial: Half (50%) of the payment will be received upon completion and satisfaction of your final project, and half (50%) will be paid at the close of escrow.

*Custom Projects, and individual aerial photos are due upon receiving content.

 

 

Scheduling/Canceling an appointment?

We are very flexible with our scheduling, so we do our complete best to conduct business in the most convenient of times for our clients.
Simply shoot us an email or give us a call at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.

RESIDENTIAL

  • Contact us to schedule an appointment

  • Prepare your property for us to scan. (clean, 'open house ready' and PLEASE NO PETS PRESENT)

  • We will conduct scans of your property - the process typically takes a few hours.

  • We will send you an email within 48 hours of completion with your MLS supported link and your premium photography.

  •  Payment will be delivered at the close of escrow.

COMMERCIAL

  • Contact us to schedule an appointment.

  • Prepare your property for us to scan. (PLEASE NO PETS PRESENT)

  • We will conduct scans of the property - The process typically takes a few hours.

  • We will send you an email within 48 hours of completion with your CoStar/Loopnet/MLS supported link and your premium photography.

  • Following the completion of your project - and your satisfaction, we will send you your invoice.

Referral Program 

  • Refer a friend to our services and you both receive a 10% off voucher on your next appointment with us.

  • After referring five people you will receive a 50% off voucher on your next appointment.

*For industrial properties - We will meet with you at the subject property and we will conduct an estimate of our service prior to us scanning your space.
